Help crash

When I try to access Help in Corel Photopaint 10, I get the famous "windows
had a problem" error and help won't run. The AppName is winhlp32.exe and
the ModName is mscvrt.dll. I do appear to be able to use help in other
applications. Photopaint itself appears to run normally. I can find no
answers in the knowledge base at Microsoft or Corel. My next step is to
uninstall and rinstall Corel Photopaint unless someone has a suggestion.
