View Full Version : Clock / Date

When the cursor arrow hovers over the clock I normally expect to see the
date shown in the little panel above the clock. For some reason it is still
there but is hidden behind the taskbar and I seem unable to raise it higher.

Can someone help?

Thanks

That is one of the "true" bugs in Windows XP! (-:

A true bug can be consistently and repeatedly produced under the same
conditions. While this annoyance doesn't seem to fit that criteria it is
still a major PITB.

Hardware and drivers seem to have some bearing but not consistent enough to
be conclusive. So instead of "bug" I call this a "weakness" or "flaw" since
it definitely seems to be an XP thing but it comes and goes for no apparent
reason.

The Notification Area seems to be another one of those weak areas. Had the
problem of disappearing icons in the tray once. Never figured out what
caused it or why it decided to work again.
