When I open the Control Panel in Windows Xp Home I keep
getting the following error message:

To enable the advanced sound effecr for gaming, please
make sure the setting of the hardware acceleration
is "full"/ The directory is as below: Control Panel ->
Multimedia(Win98)/Sound & Multimedia(Win200, ME)/Sound &
Audio Device(WinXP) -> Audio -> Playback/Advance... ->
Performance -> Hardware Acceleration.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have checked all the
setting and everything is set right.
