If you are using Outlook Express, See this to post through OE instead of the
web:

There are no guarantees of receiving an answer. Many responders
have specific knowledge about certain aspects of XP. Have you
searched through the postings to make sure that no one has answered?
Are you using OE's newsreader or a Web-based one, many times the
web style readers make it difficult to locate responses.
Usually responses are quite fast, but you should allow 24-hours for
all time zone posters to check in.

You are using the Web interface - people *do* have a lot of difficulty
with it. I suggest you set up a news account in Outlook Express to use
the server
msmews.microsoft.com

Also be aware that the people answering here are scattered around the
world, and answering voluntarily in such spare time as they have: expect
it to take up to 24 hours or more before your post has been generally
seen. And that means in Outlook Express that you should get more than
the default 300 most recent headers at a time - unless you are prepared
to check every couple of hours. This group runs around 1000 posts a day
