Can someone help me??? PLEASE!!!!

I did something in Outlook express when I was opening an
attachment. I wanted it opened in Dell Image Expert.
That worked well. Now I cannot fix what I did and cannot
open any other attachments.......If anyone knows about
this please let me know.

Not sure what you've done but try the following:
Open Outlook Express, go to Tools, select Options, go to the Security tab,
be sure there is no check next to "Do not allow attachments to be saved or
opened that could possibly be a virus."
