User Accounts

Could use some help on this - set up Guest account, but when logged on as
guest, my internet connections are giving me a problem. Although Device
Manager tells me my modem is working properly, the dial up connections don't
seem to work for either of my ISPs. Am I missing something obvious?

The guest account does not have Internet access by default.
