outlook express

My internet provider tells me my problem lies with OUTLOOK
EXPRESS and XP operating system. I cannot open my e-mail
without going thro' the LOGON drop down box (where in put
in the "password".) I want to by-pass this procedure each
time I access e-mail. The check box is "checked" to
remember password. XP doesn't respond to this.
Please tell me how to avoid this annoying LOGON BOX each
time. Everything is correct in the "Account" area under
INTERNET OPTIONS.
