Remove program traces

[Good Day]

How do we remove all traces of any program that cannot be removed by the
Add/Remote Program due to some missing files? Is there a manual way to
remove these programs although the folder is already removed.

The preferred way would be to reinstall the program and then use the Add and
Remove module in Control Panel to remove it.

Removing "all traces" is nearly impossible, unless you uninstall
it properly. The best thing to do is reinstall it, then uninstall
it properly.
