One cannot change the language version of Windows XP.
You'll have to purchase a "Full Traditional Chinese Version"
of Windows XP, reformat your hard drive, then install it.

Hi Carey:
As I noticed you've answered this type of question with the same answer
which I also posted differently.
No. One may not have to buy a full version of another language and reformat
the hard disc for a second language.
You can purchase multi-language pack and install into the current existing
language OS to add a second or third language support, although XP does have
limited support of many languages.
Alex, contact MS or local dealer for multi-language pack with TC.

If you're able to find this reply........
Go to the following web site and read up on how to install the Chinese
IME. While it's true that you would need a Chinese copy of XP in
order to have everything display in Chinese, you can use the IME to
read and write Traditional Chinese in MSIE and also MS Office.
