in windows explorer this will clear the files.....
tools
internet options
general tab
delete files button
ok

also set your file size...
pick settings button
change number to 1mg or 2mg (you dont need very big file)

That won't clear the Windows temp folder, it will only clear content related
to web pages held in the IE cache.

that is ture.. clear internet option is just clearing history that all not
Temp folder

The Internet Options screen lets you delete either History or
Tempory Internet Files, or both. It will *not* let you delete the
contents of the Windows temp folder, as Michael said below.
