'Help and Support' quit working

Hey all. I've just reinstalled WinXP in order to rebuild
my HD. I've noticed that 'Help and Support' under the
Start Menu has stopped working: when clicked, the cursor
flickers a bit...and then nothing. I therefore cannot
access the XP Help System.

Any ideas?
