In XP you normally have a regular user account with Administrator status
for day-to-day administration, with that account called Administrator
kept in reserve for emergencies. Once you have a user-admin, then the
Administrator entry is concealed on the Welcome screen: If you need it,
(eg that user account gets corrupted, loses its password or whatever)
hit CTL-ALT-DEL twice at the Welcome, and on the resulting logon screen
enter the explicit name
Administrator
and its password.
