I am getting the following error when I try to boot.
windows could not start becuase the following file is
missing is corrupt \windows\system32\config\system
However there is not a specific file in the error
message. All the similar topics in the knowedge database
address a specific file, i.e. NTLDR.
Any suggestions.

"System", "SAM", "DEFAULT", "SECURITY" are the names of the files (not
folders) under this folder:
C:\Windows\System32\Config
