error message when switching profiles

Seems I get an OE error message when I switch profiles.
that reads (EO can not be started. The application was
unable to open the OE message store. Your computer may
be out of memory or your disk is full Contact Microsoft
(0x8007000E) . Then I click ok and another error reads
OE could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be
initialized. OE may not be installed correctly).Only
happens for Amy profile. She is listed first in the
identify list. There are 3 profiles on my computer
windows Home xp.

Hi Anita,

This is what worked for the systems that had that exact error message:

Click Start, Run and enter %SystemRoot%\Inf. Locate the MSOE50.INF file.
Right click it and select Install.
