Monitor screen does not show complete message.

When receiving an email the right margin cuts off the
text, and does not print it. When my wife signs onto the
computer this problem does not exist. I have attempted to
change the margin and the paper size without success.
Dell indicates the printer might not be installed
correctly, but if this were the case, I assume my wife's
account would have the same problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try clicking 'view' when Outlook Express is open, then selecting a smaller
text size maybe?
