Go to http://java.sun.com/ and download the Java console.
In IE, tools, advanced tab, scroll down to Java (Sun) tick the box, you will have to
restart.

Download J2SE 1.4.2_03 - JRE(Java Runtime Environment), (32bit for windows)
After Installation open Control Panel > Java Plug In > click Advanced Tab,
and make sure "Java Runtime Environment" is set to "C:\Program
Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03" NOT "Use Java plugin default"
Enjoy!
