ActiveSync persistantly has an application error when
booting my Windows XP SP1 laptop. When trying to run
ActiveSync after recieving the error on startup, I get an
error: "WCESMgr.exe - Application Error. The application
failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK
to terminate the applicaion".
When I perform a shutdown and restart after a cold start,
ActiveSync will start OK the majority of the time.
Any ideas what is causing this behavior?
