Program Files - Yes, Documents and Settings - No.

However, most of the sub-folders of Documents and settings
can be re-directed. There are two Registry keys that hold those
definitions
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders]

These keys can be easily modified with the XP Powertoy
Tweak-UI.

Be aware that modifying the %userprofile% strings can result in
data no longer being unique to each user. Therefore, it's best to
only edit the "Shell Folders" settings and not the Global "User
Shell Folders"

As always, export any Registry keys before editing to ensure you
can undo any "Oh, Damn" type of mistakes.
