Windows Explorer: Confirm Move & List of last Actions

Hi,

1.) does anybody know how to force confirmation for left mouse button
drag&drop moves in windows explorer? Confirmation is only needed for copy
action which in my opinion is the less dangerous action in case of an
accidental and wrong drop.

2.) Is there any way to see a list of the last actions executed by the user
in windows explorer, e.g. to show source and destiny of the last
moves/copies.
