When we try to change desktop. We get a "Rundll as a app
has encountered a problem and needs to close. I suspect
that its a rundll32.exe problem. My app version is
5.1.2600.0. This is becoming a problem since we like to
change destop back ground occasionally. It does lock up
the computer also. We just upgraded from Win ME. So my
question is how do we fix this problem???
