Password Problem

I have XP home & my wife has XP professional. We forgot
either her user name or password b/c it says it has expired
& we need to change it but can't b/c we forgot it. What do
we do?

Hi,

Logon on as Administrator. Start/run 'control userpasswords2'. On the
advanced tab, click the advanced button. Click on the users folder.
Right-click your wife's account, select properties (do not use the option to
set a password).On the general tab, put a check in "password never expires".
