every time i start win xp

could you help?every time i start windows xp it boots up
ok but then i get this little message saying,top moxsie
requires,microsoft virtual machine.and i have tride to
find it on microsoft web page.but a lod of them are there
and i dont know whitch one to download.
i would be very grat full for any info
