When I started my computer the task bar is on the right
hand side instead of the bottom. Help
Also the browser window only opens about a third of the
page ibnstead of the whole page

Hi Bill,

Right-click the taskbar, if "lock the taskbar" is checked, click on it to
uncheck it. Then grab a blank area near the start button (by grab I mean
left-click and hold) and drag it to the bottom. You may also find it easier
to go in the other direction.

When you open IE, drag the corners to the size you want, then close the
window using file/close while holding the <ctrl> key. This should make the
system remember the size.

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on
it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.
