Hide Icon button missing from taskbar

[Nugget]

I logged on this morning and for some reason my hide icon
button is missing from my taskbar, you know the little
arrow that you can click to show the icons and then when
you take your cursor off of it it hides the icons on the
task?? I cant seem to find how to get it back. I have
checked the "hide inactive icon" box to hide it but that
does not do it.

Any help ???
