AOl tells me that "Windows XP hotfix SP2 Q811493" one of th many "UPDATES" is preventing me from getting on to broadband and I should contact vendor (Dell) to remove it.Dell says its microsoft's problem and microsoft says its Dell. Can anyone help, please
