Requiring Password for Network Access

Hello,

I have a folder that I have shared over our local office network. It seems
that now all the computers can access this folder; however, I would like to
require a password to limit the access. Is there a way to do this in XP?
(I notice that on one of the Win98SE machines, you need to enter a network
password to see anything including shared items.)
