IE opens at start up???

[Nugget]

Is there a way I can set Internet Explorer so that when
it detects a connection to the internet it automatically
opens???

I have window xp home, IE 6.0, and earthlink is my
provider

No. But you could include IEXPLORE.EXE in the autostart settings so
that it is started with Windows.
