New Hard Drive

I have MAJOR problems and need to install a new hard
drive. I do not want to run the old hard drive, will I
have a problem during registration process???

Activation of XP after installing it on a new hard drive will not be a
problem, I've done it 3 times already.

First of all, you mean "activation," not "registration." It's
activation you must do; registration is entirely optional.

But the answer to your question is "no."
