Save Hot fixes?

I am about to format and reinstall XP Pro how do I save the Hot fixes I have
downloaded so I don't have to repeat the whole process over again?

You can't AFAIK, but next time if you download them through the Windows
Update catalog, you can burn them to CD for future use!
