trouble shooting error

I received the following message and need help.

A problem has been detected & windows has been shut to
prevent problem with computer. If this is the 1st time
seeing this stop error screen restart computer. If this
screen appears again follow these steps check to be sure u
have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified stop
message screen disable driver or check with manufacturer
for drive updates. try changing adapters. check with
bios update. disable bios options such as caching,
shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or
diable components. Restart computer press f8 to select
advanced start options. Select safe mode.
