Error 102, id 1003

The problem is, when i shutdown my computer, i get a fast
blue screen, so fast i can not read it.
Afther the blue screen, the computer does not shut down,
but restart.

I get the folowwing error message:
Foutcode; 1000007e, parameter1: c0000005, parameter2:
f9ac751d, parameter3: f99f0c38, parameter4: f99f0938.

I hope to get a answer.
