cd writing wizard

every time I try to copy files the wizard says insert a
blank cd and I have tried different brands and it still
says the same thing..

Hi Tony,

Double-click "My Computer", right-click the CD drive and select properties.
Go to the recorind tab, is the option to "enable recording on this drive"
checked?
