Hi all,
My laptop crash quite often.
I get the followng message from Event View Applications
The description for Event ID ( 1 ) in Source ( True Vector Engine ) cannot
be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information
or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be
able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and
Support for details. The following information is part of the event: .
Can any one tell me how to rectify the following problem

Hi,
I believe that's a Zone Alarm problem (True Vector services). See if the
service exists under services.msc (start/run) and try stopping and
restarting it. Otherwise either refer to ZA support or remove it and try
something else (like Kerio).

Uninstall ZoneAlarm, then reinstall it.

The message itself should be harmless. To test this out, disable or
remove ZoneAlarm to which the True Vector Engine belongs to. Enable
the Windows XP firewall instead so that your system keeps protected
against attacks from remote sites
