Hey folks,
Been trying to install either Windows Messenger (update to 4.7 and 5)
and/or MSN Messenger 6.1 without success. I once had both working without
issue under XP Pro, but there is evidently a corrupt file or something that
both of these share. How do I completely remove everything related to both
Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger such that I can try again? As it is now,
when I uninstall and re-install, either causes the CPU to spike up to 100%
indefinitely until the application hangs at which point I have to kill it
with the task manager.
