Dialup Internet Connection

Dear all,

Since upgrading to XP I have been experiencing some problems with my
internet connection. Has anyone had similar problems and know of any
fixes?

I have a dialup connection with Earthlink. After being online for 10
minutes the connection becomes extremely slow and virtually unusable
even the connection status still gives 53 kbs as the speed.

I have checked with Earthlink and gone through all the things they
recommend but nothing has resolved this problem. As I have to reboot
maybe its a problem with XP. What do you all think?

Have you checked with your PC/Modem's manufactures site, and see if =
there are driver upgrades for XP for the hardware on your PC?
