How to push users & groups to Windows Messenger v5 users?

Is there a way to push users & groups to a Windows Messenger v5
client? For example, we would like to maintain part of the user's
contact list remotely. Do tools exist for this?

Do you mean on the .NET Messenger network, or using SIP/Live Communications Server?
