we have recently installed a nvidia tornado geforce fx
5200, which seems to be responsible for the constant
crashing of the computer, any suggestions please

Visit http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp and download/install
the latest drivers for Windows XP. If this does not solve the problem, you may
have a defective video card or it may not be seated in properly.
