Modify this key in the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\RegisteredOwner

If you mean changing your logon name only, go to control panel and Users and
click to change the name. If you mean the registered owner, load Regedit and
go to:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion]
and change the value in "RegisteredOwner" to whatever you want, exit regedit
and reboot.
