Reminder Popups - how to pop-up on top of Word ?

How do I get Calendar reminders to always pop-up over
Word, Excel or Project?

The pop-up shows on top if I am in Outlook, however, in
other programs it shows up on the task bar and
is "underneath" the other Office applications, so I don't
notice it.

I have XP 2002.

This is actually a feature of Windows - it's designed to stop other programs
from stealing focus.

You can use TweakUI to disable this feature (under General \ Focus):
