Auto fill/complete?

I am looking for something in Xp or third party software that has the
Autofill fuctionality of Gator, but without the spyware aspect. I know about
xp's auto complete which open drop downs. Though. I believe I found
something that changed my forms yellow and could be set up with my info,
including cc#s, passwords, etc. I cannot now find this feature, that I
believe stumbled upon. Any Help?

The Google toolbar has a feature where it will turn fields it can auto-fill
yellow.
