When I drag a file to different place, I don't see the shadow of the file
while dragging it. How can I enable the shadow?

Try this: Right click the Desktop/Properties/Appearance tab/Effects
button/Check: Show window contents while dragging?OK/Apply/OK
**Specifies whether to display window contents as you move or size it. When this
check box is cleared, you can see only the outline when you move a window.
