i've created a new toolbar in my start bar by right
clicking and going to toolbar-->new toolbar. i then
browsed to the folder containing shortcuts to certain
programs, and then i chose that folder as my new toolbar.

however, every time i restart my computer, the toolbar
disappears. it doesn't show in my start bar anymore. but
the strange thing is that when i right click and go to
toolbars, the name of the new toolbar i created is still
check-marked !

so what's wrong? somebody please help, because this is
driving me nuts.

Hi,

Suggestion:

Run this edit:

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

Then logoff/logon. Once done....

Create the New Toolbar as expected, once done go to the Task Manager and end
process on explorer.exe. Keep the Task Manager open then choose File/New
Task (Run) and type in: explorer.exe
