Hi,
Control Panel/Regioinal and Language Options/Languages tab/"details", you

Hello,
I realize this input is old, but I have a similar problem and follow
up question. I've upgraded from Win98 to WinXP Professional, and with
Win98 i was able to replace the KBDRU.KBD file with a file of my own
to setup my keyboard for typing in Russian. But now I can't seem to
find the .kbd files to replace. Will I be able to add this file as
instructed below? Thanks.

..kbd is not used under XP - there we have .DLL.
Please find the answers to all your question in the
