See "AutoComplete Does Not Save Username and Password"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306895) and "How to Use the
AutoComplete Feature in Internet Explorer 5 and 6"

When I try step 3, I am told that LoadLibrary (RSABase)
failed. The specific module could not be found. Do you
have any suggestions for this?

Try this command from Start > Run:
Regsvr32 Rsabase.dll
Then retry solving this with the mentioned MSKB articles (see my first
post).

I've looked at the other post and tried those fixes, but
still nothing. Oh, well. I give up. Thanks for your
help.
