With my new visual style, I attached the taskbar at the
top of the screen and lock it and took out the Quick
Launch and attached at the bottom, but after a couple of
days I attached the taskbar back at the bottom and lock
it and place the quick launch back into the taskbar and
turn off my computer. Later I turned on again and the
taskbar went back at the top and the quick launch back at
the bottom. So now I can't make the taskbar to stay
attached at the bottom of the screen, it goes back at the
top everytime I restart. What causes this problem? What
should I do?

Hi,
Restore Taskbar to Default Functionality (Line 164)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
To use the VBS Files: Download .vbs file and save it to your hard drive (you
may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double click the vbs
file. You will be prompted when the script is done.
