OK, I know this isn't the proper forum but it's as close as I could get. I
need some help with Microsoft Word. It's a basic thing, something I did
inadvertantly but just can't figure out how I did it or how to get back to
normal formatting.

When I type text I get the "paragraph" symbol at each new line (you know,
the backwards P) and between each word there is a dot (not a period at the
bottom but a dot half way up the letter).

Please help me get back to normal text. I've checked all the things in the
menu but I don't really know what that symbol is called so it's difficult to
find. Thanks for your help.

Stephen
