No program appears on toolbar

I'm in a real fix. My Windows XP Pro, one day decided not
to show up all the programs opened in my toolbar. I can't
find what's wrong with the settings, nor have I changed
anything. Is there any way to fix it? It's quite
irritating, the Alt-Tab here and there... Thanx =)

Why aren't minimized programs listed in the Taskbar?
