error message

when startting XP I get the message Error loading
c:\windows\system32\nvcpl.dll DLL initialiazation
failed. Evrything on the computer runs great and I am
not having any problems therfore how do I stop this erro?

nvcpl.dll is part of your display drivers. please download and reinstall
them from www.nvidia.com
