prob with installing windows xp

My problem is when i try to install windows xp on a new
computer i,m building, the setup probram gets to the stage
of ,,,,, installing devices,, then at 34 mins my system
shuts down what could it be ???? but fans are still
running ,,, its a p4 system

Something may be wrong with the hardware setup. Remove all devices
that are not necessary to install and run Windows, check again that
all parts of the computer are compatible and then retry.
