II was running norton anti virus, went to the quarnatine
file, selected all and deleted. Now computer opwn't
bootup, i get the message file missing \windows\sytem32
\c_1252.nls then it says inset windowns setup disk using
oringnla set up disk and press r to repair but the
computer is frozen--any suggestions
